Custer State Park is very well set up for lodging. There are four official lodges in the park. They are:

Blue Bell Lodge: This lodge is located in a very scenic area of the park and offers trail rides, chuck wagon cookouts, haywagon rides and western entertainment.



Legion Lake Lodge: Situated on smallish Legion Lake. Provides a series of cabins as well as dining room, deli, bakery, fishing, boating and swimming. Good central location for trailheads. Mountain bike rentals also available.

State Game Lodge: Elegant lodge which once served as a summer White House in 1927 for President Calvin Coolidge. Food specialties are trout, bison and pheasant. Also the originating point for the Buffalo Safari Jeep Tours. Also of note is the new Creekside Lodge whic borders State Game Lodge.

Sylvan Lake Lodge:
A Frank Lloyf Wright design tucked into a ponderosa pine forest. Located in the beautiful Sylvan Lake area of the park. You can rent watercraft, swim, fishand enjoy fine dinning in a lake environment.
