Rising Sun campground is surrounded by towering peaks and faces the majestic blue of St. Mary Lake. The location is a good jumping off point for Glacier National Park's famous Going to the Sun Road. Rising Sun campground has modern bathrooms and easy access to a camp store and showers. The area can often be very windy, so a windbreaker is often a good idea in the mornings and evenings.
