Yellowstone National Park
Norris

Norris campground is centrally located in Yellowstone National Park and offers a good spot for those planning to visit many of Yellowstone National Park' most famous features. It's a relatively short drive to Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, Hayden Valley, Dunraven Pass, Old Faithful, Yellowstone Lake and Madison Junction. Trying to visit all of those locations while camped at Mammoth, Indian Creek or Slough Creek would involve much more driving. Norris campground provides modern bathrooms. The elk viewing(and hearing) can be very good, and fishing the Gibbon River in the meadow is a tranquil experience.
