This one is way back in the "flatlands" between Madison and Mammoth. There's a nice brook trout stream there. We found it a pain to register at the cabin which sits at the entrance. There is usually a line there, and you cannot enter the grounds without first paying. Sites are pretty, but mostly flat lodgpole pine and meadows.

A nice campground, but lacking a certain something. As someone else said there was a long line of running vehicles and exhaust on the narrow road. This may be better suited for a tent-only cmapground in the future.

Family of four really enjoyed Indian Creek this June. The creek was full of brookies and the sites were clean. The only complaints were over the traffic in the area. Yellowstone sure is busy!
