We didn't really think much of Tower. The road to it is right at the Tower store with the big parking lot before you head up the mountain to Dunraven Pass. We liked the area,but the campground seemed like an afterthought. The bathrooms are vault toilets and the water is taken from a few spigots. The road swerves clumsily around the campsites, many of which seem to be on hills. Not a good place for RVers, but tenters may like the appeal, We did notice a lot of female bighorns in this area, and our boy had fun fishing for trout in the creek.
